Default PLANit Output Formatter method
Description
The .set_csv_directory(+) method provides you with the option to overwrite the default output directory set by the PLANit output formatter for the CSV (DEFAULT_CSV_OUTPUT_DIRECTORY) output files of a PLANit traffic assignment run.
Make sure that the provided output directory is a path where you have write access.
